On this day, I returned to volunteering at the library as I have not been there in a while (Saturday classes at UWC).
Being at the library, is a bit different in that, I now see things differently. Like the books at the library are there as these are the books most needed by the patrons. It's kind of like the library did a needs assessment and find out that these are the books requested by the patrons. Each section of the library has its own unique books that mostly captures their interests and this is cute.
It looks as if, the online catalog is Web 1.0. The reason being, that its a read only document. It has links to other sections and this could be seen as the hyperlink. These days I'm seeing all formats in Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. Amazing.
